Thank you so much to our gardeners who have helped with watering during this last HOT month. We are very excited to soon announce the development of a drip irrigation system at Jardin Maravilloso, with the generous help of Elyse Benson. Please check back soon, as we'll be announcing dates and important details for this demonstration and we'd love for you to join, not only to help us put this useful system in place, but also so that you can learn about how to implement such a system in your own gardens! You won't want to miss out! However, DO mark your calendars for our next garden potluck, on Sunday June 26th at 6 p.m.! More details to come for that as well!
In the meantime, we are going to schedule waterings through the month of July so that we have waterers in place until our drip system is complete. Below is a list of dates to be assigned -we would love to have all these filled in advance, so if you're interested in watering and are able to plan ahead, please let us know by emailing the date(s) to jardinmaravilloso@gmail.com. This commitment can be one-time! And, please remember, our garden volunteers are welcome to garden produce.
